We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns should be sent to the appropriate address provided after approval.
Depending on the item, returns may need to be sent to one of our suppliers or a designated return location
⚠️ Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
⚠️ Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- The item is damaged
- The item is faulty
- You received the wrong item
We will assess the issue and make it right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
- Custom or personalised items
- Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
- Hazardous materials
❌ Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
